December 2022

  • The balanceTRAK application process has been modified to correct a previously reported issue where a job seeker's first and last name were not parsed correctly from their uploaded resume.

  • The ability to export a balanceTRAK Metrics report in comma-separated values (CSV) format is now available.
  • The selected date range will now appear, next to the report title, for all balanceTRAK Metrics standard reports.
  • Application forms, when copied from another requisition, can now be re-opened for job seeker access.
  • Correction of a previously reported issue where balanceTRAK Metrics report description changes were not being retained.
  • Correction of an issue where in select situations the NEW job seeker icon, on the Job Seeker List, was being displayed incorrectly.
  • Correction of reported defect where post-application Other Forms forms were being incorrectly sent to job seekers when the Automatic Release of Other Forms option was not selected.
  • Correction of a previously reported issue where, in isolated cases, the post-application Other Forms were not being properly closed by the job seeker.
  • Additional technology and security updates have been included to enhance performance and maintain usability.

February 2022

  • Correction of a previously reported issue where in selection situations the Requisition Posting Flags were not turned off when the Posting End Date was reached.

January 2022

  • balanceTRAK Metrics is now available to all clients under the Reports menu. Available metrics reports can be run on demand or scheduled to send daily, weekly, or monthly. Please contact Product Support for additional information.
  • A new feature has been added to Workflow Settings which allows for the automatic release of a requisition's post-application forms when a job seeker is placed into the selected stage.
  • Unassociated job seekers will now appear alphabetically by name when they have been included in the job seeker list through the Advanced Job Seeker Search
  • Correction of an issue where in certain isolated conditions, email notifications were sent to internal users of balanceTRAK that contained an incorrect form/pdf.
  • Additional technology and security updates have been included to enhance performance and maintain usability.

December 2021

  • The Assessment Form workflow has been modified and moved to the Job Seeker Screenings tab. When eligible, each Job Seeker will be sent the Assessment Form via Email Template by selecting the [Release Assessment Form] button. Completed forms will also now appear on the Screenings tab for each Job Seeker profile.
  • Additional technology and security updates have been included to enhance performance and maintain usability.

November 2021

  • The Indeed Apply process has been updated to correct a reported issue where select Indeed Apply questions, which included additional dependent values, were preventing the incoming job seekers from appearing correctly in balanceTRAK.
  • Correction of a previously reported issue where requisition numbers, with the auto-numbering value at the end, were not being updated correctly.
  • Correction of previously reported issue where inactive values were appearing in drop-down lists when creating a new requisition.

August 2021

  • The job seeker form which is associated with Indeed Apply and the Zip Recruiter 1-Click Apply process has been enhanced. This form now includes the job seeker's contact details and has been rebranded as the Quick Apply Form.
  • balanceTRAK’s Form Templates have been updated to include job seeker source value. When a job seeker applies through a job board (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, etc.) or indicates they discovered the job through an option listed in the referral question, their job seeker source will appear at the top of all balanceTRAK Forms.
  • The Duplicate Job Seekers feature has been updated to correct a previously reported issue where job seekers were not being correctly identified as duplicates when their primary contact information was updated.
  • Correction of a previously reported issue where job seekers were unable, in specific situations, to log into a balanceTRAK form immediately after resetting their password.
  • Additional technology and security updates have been included to enhance performance and maintain usability.

March 2021

  • Communicating with job seekers, who have not applied to a requisition, has been enhanced. balanceTRAK users can now send emails to these individuals through the Communication Tab and by using select features in the Actions Menu.
  • Correction of a reported issue where balanceTRAK's Data Export feature was not properly filtering results using the Closed Date filter.
  • Correction of a reported issue where Bulk Emails were not being sent when the requisition's department/location was associated with multiple Career Pages.

February 2021

  • The date that each Integrated Requisition Source is added to your requisition will now appear under the Date Sent column on the Sources tab.
  • The ability to communicate with unassociated job seekers has been enhanced to provide a balanceTRAK user with the ability to forward available positions.
  • Correction of a previously reported issue where balanceTRAK's all-access permission was not being applied correctly in limited situations.
  • Correction of a previously reported issue where balanceTRAK's users were unable to merge duplicate job seekers.

December 2020

  • Resume keyword search will now search job seekers who have not applied to a requisition if the option is selected in the Advanced Search.
  • All integrated Requisition Sources will now be automatically added to the Source tab during requisition creation.
  • Correction of a previously reported issue where balanceTRAK's all-access permission was not being applied correctly.
  • Correction of a previously reported issue where the Internal Job Seeker status option was not performing as expected.

September 2020

  • balanceTRAK has partnered with Glassdoor to begin posting your requisitions free of charge. Requisitions can be added to Glassdoor from the Sources tab by selecting Glassdoor from the Add Integrated Sources option.
  • Job Seeker Interview has been updated to properly reflect user and job seeker time zone differences when scheduling interviews.
  • Users can now only select active Interview forms when scheduling Job Seeker Interviews.
  • Job Seeker Interview and HR Forms now display character limit warning when completing Long Text questions.
  • Job Seeker password reset has been updated to display dynamic company logos and security questions.

July 2020

  • An updated Voluntary SELF-IDENTIFICATION of Disability form is now available for all balanceTRAK Implementations. In conformance with OFCCP requirements as of August 4, 2020, this form is for use by covered employers to invite applicants to voluntarily disclose disability status (along with surveying employees at least once every five years).
  • The APPLICATION process and Job Description pages have been enhanced to incorporate Google Tag Manager, which allows marketing teams to add and update embedded tags for site analytics and conversion tracking.
  • Requisition and Job Seeker Approval process emails have been updated to improve the Notifications process.
  • Job Seeker management and Search capabilities have been augmented for enhanced usability.
  • Tools for Add a New Requisition and Requisition management have been improved for increased efficiency in job posting and tracking.
  • Relevant BalanceTRAK > Reports will now display descriptive information for Pending, Open, and Closed Categories (e.g.,Pending - Awaiting Approval) to harmonize with the Requisition detail > Summary display.
  • As part of our continual efforts to improve software performance, we have improved the platform’s underlying stability and addressed minor bug fixes.

June 2020

  • As part of the Indeed integration, options for Indeed job postings now include indicating if the position is remote, and if so, the type of remote arrangement (e.g., temporary, fully remote, flexibility to work from home). This supports an applicant’s ability to search Indeed postings, using these criteria.
  • BalanceTRAK can now be integrated with Jobfindah.
  • As part of our continual efforts to improve software performance, we have improved the platform’s underlying stability and addressed minor bug fixes.

April 2020

  • For a Requisition’s Sources, the Date Sent column will better document the autopost function for various integrated job boards and the user’s actions.
  • For the list column in Job Seekers, the Show Incomplete Job Seekers toggle icon will remain on until the user turns it off, even after the page is refreshed or the user navigates to another module.
  • For client organizations with multiple Job Posting pages (typically reflecting separate business units), the Job Description page header can be customized for each business unit.
  • In upgraded balanceTRAK notification emails, visual elements, including the employer’s job posting logo, will be displayed.
  • Approval Process notifications from balanceTRAK have been additionally upgraded as follows:
    • The notification triggers and process has been streamlined to better target recipient audiences, based on the participating user’s role and the action.
    • The Job Description will be attached to a Requisition Approval Process email message, in PDF.
  • The process of developing an Approval Process template has been centralized, limiting their creation to the Settings > Approval Process Templates module. (Previously, a new template could be developed while creating a Requisition template.)
  • System Tools > Profile Management will now include a control on the Administration tab to disable the Skip approver function for Approval Processes.
  • Enhancements have been made to Settings > System > Archives to improve data compilation and performance.
  • We continue to enhance the 4.0 interface in response to customer feedback, for minor bug fixes, for visual appeal, and to improve performance.

February 2020

  • Permissions for Requisition and Job Seeker Approval Processes have been modified to account for ad-hoc processes.
  • The settings for Requisition detail > Keywords have been adjusted to limit the number of keywords to 10.
  • When Job Seekers are copied to another Requisition for consideration, and the option to notify the Job Seeker is selected, a customized email message can now be sent. (An Administrator can edit/develop the message at: Settings > Email Templates.)
  • We continue to enhance the 4.0 interface in response to customer feedback, for minor bug fixes, for visual appeal, and to improve performance.

January 2020

  • The Job Seeker list will now display the full Disposition code description, and the Keyword score will automatically activate for new Job Seekers.
  • When a Requisition end date is reached, the toggle switches for Posted Internally/Externally and Accepting New Job Seekers will automatically turn off in all situations.
  • For an Offer letter to the chosen hire, your company representative’s signature will now display in script when entered into the Signature field.
  • ZipRecruiter joins our list of free, opt-in job posting feeds, available via balanceTRAK.
  • We continue to enhance the 4.0 interface in response to customer feedback, for minor bug fixes, for visual appeal, and to improve performance.
