Determine Protected Classes

Default Protected Classes

The default Affirmative Action Plan reporting groups are pre-selected by the system:

  • Total Minorities
  • Female

Select Additional Reporting Groups

To include individual races in plan Note:Reports, check Theoff system'sone raceor categoriesmore are as follows —entries:

  • American Indian/Native Alaskan
  • Asian
  • Black/African-American
  • Pacific Islander/Native Hawaiian
  • White
  • Two or More

Select Additional Reporting Groups

To include individual races in plan Reports, check off one or more entries; and clickClick the [Save] button, which is located at the bottom of the page.

Quick Tip: Analysis by individual race category is useful when running Adverse Impact reporting in conformance with OFCCP audit protocols.

Cascade Changes to Sub plans (Master Plan only)

A menu will appear, asking whether to carry over the settings for Protected Classes to sub plans. Check the box, and click [Save].
