balanceAAP has been designed to assist you through the basic steps of creating an Affirmative Action Plan (AAP), from start to finish. Software modules are displayed to follow the order of plan completion, including:
- Adding a plan to the system, including adding a set of multiple plans
- Determining Plan Settings
- Setting up an optional Reporting Structure
- Importing and Validating Data
- Developing Availability Statistics
- Selecting the History Sourceto ascertain progress over the prior year
- Running metrics for Individuals with Disabilities (IWD) and Veterans
- Completing the accompanying EEO-1 and VETS-4212 reports
- Compiling the plan's Reports, including Narratives
Once plans are prepared, the software offers a list of those plans that were prepared, with tools to search for and access a particular plan. The software also includes System Tools for user management, security, and report distribution settings.
