Control User Access by Location

Integrally linked with Profile Management and User Management, Location Codes control access to BALANCEbTRAK's modules, data, and functions. While the other first two settings involve roleusers' roles in the process and usertheir individual credentials, respectively, Location Codes limit access to information, based on your organization's hierarchy and establishments.

Make Changes to Location Access

Two software functions are involved in maintaining user access by location:

  • Reference Tables — A Data table, comprised of all possible Location Codes

    • AND

  • User Management — The menu of settings, controlling how Location Codes are applied.
