How can I get my data out of balanceTRAK?
The archive functionality within balanceTRAK allows our customers to export all information out of the system by themselves. Product Support will also be available to assist customers as needed, and custom exports can be performed at an hourly rate to help customers convert to a specific ATS if requested.What happens if I have open requisitions when I switch over to the new ATS vendor?
You have the choice to keep the requisition open in balanceTRAK (until the close date or until the sunset date whichever comes first) or you can close the requisition in balanceTRAK and re-open it using your new ATS system.Will Berkshire help me find a new ATS vendor?
We understand that finding a new ATS vendor is not a small or easy task. If you would like Berkshire to consult with you on vetting a new ATS vendor, we can provide you with this consulting support at our hourly rate. We can also provide an introduction to one of our long-term partners, EMP Trust, who has an ATS product that may meet your needs.What should we expect from balanceTRAK before sunset?
Berkshire will continue to maintain balanceTRAK during this time to make sure the product remains stable and secure until sunset. Severe issues reported in functionality will be addressed, but enhancements and minor fixes will cease as of July 1, 2023.
Change Requisition Category between Open and Closed
The current Requisition Category will be indicated on the right side of the Requisition detail header (along with a secondary description, if applicable):- Pending
- Open
- Closed

Quick Reminders: A Requisition undergoing an Approval Process will be: Pending. If an Approval Process is not associated with the Requisition, it will automatically be Open when created. Once Open, a Requisition cannot be returned to Pending.
To change the Category, access Details on the left side of the Requisition's Summary tab. In the lower Actions toolbar, click the [Open], or alternatively [Close], button to change the Requisition Category.
