Gain Insight through Dashboard Metrics and Lists
Typically displaying on entry to balanceTRAK, the Home page Dashboard will be initially configured to contain a default set of tiles, relaying "snapshots" of data, culled from the Job Seekers and Requisitions modules, plus other relevant information.
Each user can configure the Dashboard to his or her own specific needs. These tiles and related tools are outlined below.
How to Organize the Dashboard Layout
Navigate to the lower right, where a palette of Dashboard tools are available. Click the [Edit] icon, which is the largest button in the palette's center. (This action also activates the other four buttons.)Grab an existing tile by clicking its center and holding down the mouse. Then, drag the tile to a new location. Click the [Save] button to keep the layout for future viewing.
Have the System Calculate the Best Layout
With the Dashboard tool palette activated, select the [Calculate Optimal Layout] button. The system will calculate an optimal layout, considering the size and orientation of each existing tile.Restore the Default Layout
Add a New Tile
With the tool palette activated, click the [Add Widget] icon to maximize the Add Widget menu on the right side of the Home page. Review the provided options, and click on the pane for the desired widget. When finished, click the [Close] icon, located in the menu header to return to the full Dashboard view.Work with Tile Icons
