Control User Access by Location

Integrally linked with Profile Management and User Management, Location Codes control access to BALANCEbTRAK's modules, data, and functions. While the other first two settings involve users' roles in the process and their individual credentials, respectively, Location Codes limit access to information, based on your organization's hierarchy and establishments.establishments, up to four levels of distinction.

Make Changes to Location Access

Two software functions are involved in maintaining user access by location:

  • Reference Tables — A Data table, comprised ofcontaining all possible Location Codes

    • AND

  • User Management — The menu of settings, controlling how Location Codes are applied.applied
