As the principal DASH (short for "Dashboard") page, the View tab is an overview of all plans within a Master Plan.

The DASH is comprised of objects that can be minimized and expanded, one at a time, to fill the main Dashboard area. To expand a minimized object (located in the right-hand column), click the expand [Expand][Expand icon, located in the object’s header bar.bar. When expanded, the object will replace the full-size object currently being displayed. The objects are described below.

Summary Grid

The View tab displays an expanded Pie Charts object by default. Pertaining to all job groups, the Summary, in table format, provides metrics for race and gender by Establishment Name. The default color codes used in the table are as follows:

  • The Administrator may determine custom colors for your balanceTRAK implementation (as described at: DASH > Options).

An icon in the Under Audit column indicates the plan is currently under audit.

Note: The Under Audit flag is set on BALANCEaap’s Plan Information page.

To see which job groups are exhibiting issues; click the provided link for an Establishment Name (in the left column). A detail table will display by job group; job groups exhibiting issues will be indicated by check marks. To return to the Summary Grid, click [Back].
