Under Plan Settings, the third tab shows options that control how balanceAAP calculates the external Hiring Analysis and the internal Competitive Promotions Analysis

(External) Hiring Analysis

These settings will be preset with the recommend Selected and Pool options, which will be used to calculate the external Hiring Analysis.

(Internal) Competitive Promotions Analysis

These settings will be preset with the recommend Selected and Pool options, which will be used to calculate the internal Competitive Promotions Analysis.
