About the Sub Plan History Source

Most likely, you will have applied the History Source, selected at plan creation, to all sub plans associated with the Master Plan.

However, if you need to make adjustments by sub plan, choose History > Sub Plan History Source from the side navigation menu. The options for developing a source are the same as those for the Master Plan:

  • Import from Existing Plan
  • Start Point Analysis
  • Manual Input

Sub plan Considerations when Importing the History Source from an Existing Plan

When selecting Company, Establishment, and Plan, only Master Plans will display as potential sources.

An extra menu will ask whether sub plans should match the History Source by:

  • Plan Code
  • OR

  • Establishment

By default, Manual Input will be required for each sub plan lacking a match. To change this default, check the box for: Assign start point for all selected plans that do not have a match.

Assign Settings to Sub plans

First, Expand the Sub Plans menu in the lower portion of the page. page to display a checklist of sub plans. All sub plans are checked by default.

CheckInclude offthe one or moreappropriate sub plans, and click the [Assign].

Quick Tip: If the setting applies to all sub plans, click the link at the top of the list to Select: All.button.

If Manual Input is selected in the Master Plan: Enter values into each sub plan to obtain accurate Goals and Adverse Impact reporting.
