About Creating Sub plans for a Master Plan

Note the following additional considerations, related to a Master Plan.

• Add Plan Codes — ClickingWhen you click [Create Plan] balanceAAP will direct you to addingPlan Codes). Once Plan Codes are determined,entered, proceedthe system will create sub plans . Navigate to CreatePlan PlanInformation forin eachthe sub plan to review and edit the previously entered Establishment information so that it identifies the sub plan.

• Determine Audit Status — If one or more sub plans are under audit, check the box for audit status during plan creation. Proceed to Plan Information in the sub plan, and check the box, as appropriate.
