Overview of the Job Seeker Detail Layout
Upon entry to Job Seekers, the Job Seeker list, representing the applicant pool for all of your organization's current Job Postings, will appear in the left column. When a Requisition associated with a Job Seeker is highlighted (most applicants will apply to one opening), the applicant's detail will display in the right-hand window.
Here, you will find Profile and other tabs that help you learn about Job Seekers, advance or disposition them, and stay abreast of the talent pool.
