Obtain HELP through Documentation and Berkshire Product Support

From every balanceTRAK page, Help is available by means of the [Question] icon in the header.

Choose from two methods of obtaining Help by making a selection in the Questionprovided menu:

  • Documentation — Obtain self-Help by viewing on-line Documentation, including searchable and tagged text, user manuals, and videos
  • Contact Support — Fill out a Support Request, and submit it to Berkshire. In addition, find Berkshire's contact information and business hours.
