Set the History Source by Sub plan

ClickMost likely, you will have chosen a History Source at plan creation that applies to the Master Plan and its associated sub plans.

However, if you need to make adjustments by sub plan, choose History > Sub Plan History Source from the side navigation menu. toThe applyoptions for developing a Mastersource Planare the same as thethose History Source by sub plan. Choose or retain one offor the threeMaster options:Plan:

  • Import from Existing Plan — Also select Company, Establishment, and Plan from the drop-downs, which display only Master Plans as potential sources.
  • Start Point Analysis
  • Manual Input

SelectWhen selecting Company, Establishment, and Plan, only Master Plans will display as potential sources.

An extra menu will ask whether to have sub plans should match the History Source by:

  • Plan Code
  • OR

  • Establishment

  • By default, if the system does not locate a match, Manual Input will be required for each sub plan.plan lacking a match. To change this default, check the box for: Assign start point for all selected plans that do not have a match.

Assign Settings to Sub plans

Expand the Sub Plans menu in the lower portion of the page.

Check off one or more sub plans, and click [Assign].

Quick Tip: If the setting applies to all sub plans, click the link at the top of the list to Select: All.

If Manual Input is selected in the Master Plan: Enter values into each sub plan to obtain accurate Goals and Adverse Impact reporting.
