(Master and) Sub Plan History Source
RETURN TO: History Source
Click Sub Plan History Source from the History Home page or side navigation menu to view settings that assist in applying the appropriate Master Plan as the History Source by sub plan.
If you choose Import from Existing Plan, also select Company, Establishment, and Plan from the drop-downs, which display only Master Plans as potential sources.
Then select to have sub plans match the History Source by either:
- Plan Code
OR
- Establishment
By default, if a sub plan does not have a match, based on this selection, the system will select: Manual Input. YouTo maychange alternativelythe choose:default, Startcheck Pointthe box Analysis.for: Assign start point for all selected plans that do not have a match.

Assign bothSettings of these options, ato Sub Plans menu will display.
Expand the Sub Plans menu in the lower portion of the page.
Check off the sub plans you wish to apply these settings to, and click [Assign].
Quick Tip: If the setting applies to all sub plans, simply click the Select link at the top of the list for: All.
If Manual Input is selected in the Master Plan: Enter values into each sub plan to obtain accurate Goals and Adverse Impact reporting.
