  • Corporate

OR

  • EEO

Cascade Corporate Job Group Weights to Sub plans

In the default view (Corporate Job Group Weights), Factor Weights can be applied to the sub plans by scrolling down to the Sub Plans menu. Select : Yes. Apply changes to my sub plans.

CheckReview this setting before clicking [Save].

Assign Factor Weights by EEO Job Group

If EEO was selected as the Job Group structure for one or more sub plans, the Factor Weights screen will display a second tab for EEO Job Group Weights. Here, you can assign weights by EEO Job Group to apply across all sub plans with that structure.

For each Job Group, the displayed weights for Factor 1 and Factor 2 may be edited. The last column will display the Quick Weights (the ratio of promotions to hires currently represented in the Master Plan for the displayed EEO category). This percentage can be used to help determine the weight that should be used for Factor 2.

Click [Save] to apply the weights.

Import Factor Weight Settings from a Master Plan

When selecting to [Import] weights from another Master Plan, two options are available.

  • Apply Corresponding Sub Plan Settings — If Plan Codes match, the source sub-plan settings will be imported into each current sub plan.

Note: If a corresponding source sub plan does not exist, the settings will be cascaded from the Master Plan.

  • Apply Master Plan Settings — The source Master Plan settings will be applied to the current sub plans.

Note: If the source plan is not a Master Plan, the sub-plan settings will be set to match the Master Plan.
