Export Requisition Data

Requisition data may be exported for use outside of balanceTRAK, in Excel or text formats.

Access Requisitions; and then choose Export from the tab header. The Export Requisitions menu will display. Using checkboxes, determine whether to Export Requisitions with a Status of:

  • Pending
  • Open
  • Closed

Next, under File Types, select either:

  • Excel 97-2003
  • Excel 2007

OR

  • Text (Comma Separated Values)

Then, click [Export], and [Open] or [Save] the file.
