Manage Recruitment Areas for your Organization's AAPs
While tools within BALANCEaap control Reasonable Recruitment Areas (RRAs) by plan, the page for System Tools > Reasonable Recruitment Areas manages these areas organization wide. On entry, a list of Areas displays in the left-hand column.View Areas that are In Use
In-use Areas are marked with a [Check mark] to the right of the record.Show Calculated Areas
Click the box in the table header to: Show Calculated Areas.View RRA Details
Highlight an existing Area to view details, which will be displayed to the right of the Areas column. The display will show:- Area Type
- Regions (included in the area)
- Plans Using Selected Area
Edit Area
Delete Area
Delete Unused Recruitment Areas
If the list of available RRAs, created by users, has become so lengthy it is no longer accurate for your organization, use the button in the Areas table to to: [Delete Unused Areas].
