Applicant Flow Data Visualization Features

Select Plan(s)

The Select Plan(s) action, located in the top right of all Data Visualization pages, allows users to select which plan or plans to view. Additionally, the Select Plan(s) option provides users with the ability to search for an individual plan from the larger list of available plans.

Level of Analysis

The Level of Analysis drop-drown allows users to narrow down their current view to a specific plan establishment. Depending on the previously selected plans, users may select from a Multi-Plan, a Sub-Plan, a Regular plan, or select the Overall option that will combine the results of multiple establishments.

Results By

This option provides users with the ability to change the current Data Visualization page's results to display the results by Total Minorities or Individual Races.

Filter By

This Filter By drop-down allows users to select which groups of applicants to display.

All Applicants which includes both external and internal applicants.

Competitive Promotions (internally filled) which include only internal applicants.
