Indeed Apply Process


As an add-on to BALANCEbTRAK's job application workflow, Berkshire clients may take advantage of Indeed Apply, through a system integration.

If Indeed Apply has been activated, Job Seekers who access your organization's job postings through Indeed may complete a "Quick Application," using their Indeed profiles, directly from the job posting.

How the Job Seeker will interact with Indeed Apply

Default Integration

When the Job Seeker clicks the Apply link in the Indeed job posting, he or she is taken to the balanceTRAK form that is associated with the Job Page, typically a PREASCREENER or APPLICATION.

Indeed Apply Process

When the Job Seeker clicks Apply in the Indeed job posting, an Indeed form displays, collecting contact information, a RESUME (required), and answers for up to five basic questions.

The Job Seeker will receive an email, with a link to complete the balanceTRAK application process, as currently established in the software.

Note: If a question is duplicated from Indeed Apply to a PRESCREENER or APPLICATION, the answer will be populated by the system.
