Resolve Duplicate Job Seekers (Administrators only)

About this Feature

Note: Typically, this function is installed, at your organization's request, during the initial balanceTRAK Implementation. If you have questions, please contact your System Administrator or Berkshire's Product Support, as appropriate for your role and organization.

Cross-reference: To learn about the related system settings, controlling how potentially duplicate records are flagged, see: System Tools > Client Settings / Job Seekers.

On the Job Seekers list, any records that are identified as potential duplicates will be marked with an [Exclamation point] icon to the left of the Job Seeker's Name.

Review and Resolve Records

Click on the [Exclamation point] icon for any marked Job Seeker record to open the Merge Duplicate Job Seekers screen.

This screen will display the full series of similar records, with the flagged record you clicked displaying first on the left.
