About Creating Sub plans for a Master Plan

Note the following additional considerations, related to creating a Master Plan/sub-plan set.

  • Add Plan Codes — When you click [Create Plan], balanceAAP will direct you to Plan Codes. Once the codes are entered, the system will create sub plans, adding them to the Plans > Recent Plans list. You can view/edit the supporting information in the sub plan at: Plan Information; or the Master Plan at: Plan Codes.

  • Determine Audit Status — If one or more sub plans are under audit, check the box for audit status during Master Plan creation. Proceed to Plan Information in the sub plan, and check the box, as appropriate.
