Take Advantage of Software Header Tools

Access Recently Visited Pages

balanceTRAK records your recently visited pages so you can continue working where you left off. From the software header, access the [History] icon for a list of links to those pages. Select a provided link to return to the appropriate screen.

Access the Job Seeker Notification Center

At the far right in the software header, the Notification Center icon provides quick access to a list of incoming:

  • Email messages
  • Text messages
  • System notifications

New Communications Alert

When new messages are available, a red New Message symbol will appear atop the Notification Center icon, indicating the number of new messages. The symbol is cleared when the messages are viewed.

View a Related Message

  • withinThe Notification Center list is organized by columns for [Message type icon], Job Seeker, Date, Message (clip), and Viewed. Click the message,[Message clicktype the link: See approval section below
