Review Personnel Analysis Settings

Under Plan Settings, the third tab shows options that control how balanceAAP calculates the external Hiring Analysis and the internal Competitive Promotions Analysis

Recommended (External)Settings

The HiringSelection AnalysisTheseTypes settingschecked by default will be presetcounted withas selected and/or in the recommendpools Selected and Pool options, which will be used to calculatefor the external Hiring Analysis.

(Internal) Competitive Promotions Analysis

These settings will be preset with the recommend Selected and Pool options, which will be used to calculate the internal Competitive Promotions Analysis. You can customize these analyses by checking/unchecking the selection types settings below.

  • Internal Successfull
  • Offer Extended
