Select Reports to View, Print, or Export
BEGIN HERE: Before you view, print, or export reports, visit the following Reports modules to familiarize yourself with — and set — available settings:
About Select Reports
On entry to Reports, balanceTRAK displays the Select Reports list, as determined by your user permissions, grouped by category.Determine Select Report Settings
Global Settings
Click the [Global Settings] button in the Report Group header to include a date or a custom footer to all reports.Report Group Settings
Click the [Group Settings] icon to change the settings and filters for a particular Report Group, as described in the following table:View a Report
First, select to view reports in:- HTML
OR
If HTML is selected, reports will be displayed in a new Internet browser window. Reports in PDF format will open as a PDF in a new browser window, allowing the report to be saved to another location. HTML Reports will show one page at a time, while PDF reports will show the entire report. PDF format is the preferred option if you plan on printing the reports generated.
Click the Report [View Report] icon to view a single report in the selected HTML or PDF format. From this page, you can select a report to run and then view and/or print it.
