Automatically Control Job Posting Dates and Job Seeker Limits

Representing the final step in adding a new Requisition, the Workflow menu (and later, the accompanying Requisition detail > Workflow tab) regulates the timing for posting the job opening, as well as providing the option to cap the number of Job Seekers.

Set Job Posting Date and Posting Length

  • Posting Start Date — Select the date that Applications will be accepted for the Requisition.
  • Recruiter — Specify by numeric or text entry.

Cap Job Seekers

If configured, enter a number for: Maximum Number of Job Seekers. Then, from the provided drop-down, choose a Requisition status to be triggered by the cap.
