(Master and) Sub Plan History Source

Set the History Source by Sub plan

Click History > Sub Plan History Source from the side navigation menu to apply a Master Plan as the History Source by sub plan. Choose or retain one of the three options:

  • Import from Existing Plan – Also select Company, Establishment, and Plan from the drop-downs, which display only Master Plans as potential sources.
  • Start Point Analysis
  • Manual Input

Match Master Plan History Source to Sub plan(s)

Select whether to have sub plans match the History Source by:
  • Plan Code

OR

  • Establishment

  • By default, if the system does not locate a match, Manual Input will be required for each sub plan. To change this default, check the box for: Assign start point for all selected plans that do not have a match.

Assign Settings to Sub Plans

Expand the Sub Plans menu in the lower portion of the page.

Check off one or more sub plans, and click [Assign].

Quick Tip: If the setting applies to all sub plans, click the link at the top of the list to Select: All.

If Manual Input is selected in the Master Plan: Enter values into each sub plan to obtain accurate Goals and Adverse Impact reporting.
