About Creating Sub plans for a Master Plan

BEGIN HERE: Create Plan


Note the following additional considerations, related to creating a Master Plan/sub-plan set:

  • Add Plan Codes — When you click [Create Plan], balanceAAP will direct you to Plan Codes. Once the codes are entered, the system will create sub plans, adding them to the Plans > Recent Plans list. You can then view/editenter each sub plan for: to review (and edit, as appropriate): Plan Information.

  • Determine Audit Status — First, check the box for audit status during Master Plan creation. Then proceed to Plan Information the audit sub plan, and check the box, as appropriate.
