Associate Keywords with a New Requisition
This optional step in the Add New Requisition process is accessed from the side navigation menu while creating the Requisition, at Keywords. By implementing Keywords:- Matches can be highlighted in RESUMES, submitted by Job Seekers in response to the job posting
TheyApplicants can be evaluated on the Job Seekers list by Keyword Match Score.
AND
Simply enter a term in the provided field, and click the [Save] icon. Each saved Keyword will display in a title bar. To remove a Keyword before proceeding further in the building the Requisition, click the [Delete] icon corresponding with the Keyword.
Keywords can be added or deleted after the Requisition is added to the system, by accessing Requisitions > Requisition detail.
Press the [Next Step] button to determine Workflow settings. (Users without permission to edit Workflow can proceed directly to Summary, the last item in the side navigation menu.)
