Review and Update Records to Resolve Errors
Once data are imported, the Errors module is a holding area for any records with missing or invalid information. When records are corrected adequately, the system automatically moves the Errors record(s) to Data Tables.

View the Error Detail and Resolve Errors by Record
The Detail tab is the default entry page for Errors, displaying records by table. To select a different table than the one display, selected it from the table header. The field causing an error will be highlighted in red. Once the error is resolved, the record will be highlighted in green shading.
Quick Tip: Scroll to the right if a red field for the particular employee record is not visible.
Resolve a Record with an Error
If the red field is blank, the record is missing the required information, In the case of an invalid entry, the entry must be replaced.Click on the [Edit] button for the employee and enter a valid job code in the Job Code column. Click the green [Save] icon when the entry is complete.
View the Errors Summary and Resolve Errors Globally
In many cases, a missing reference code (job code, disposition code, etc) will beClick the causeErrors of> anSummary error in multiple records. For example, if your company recently added an applicant disposition code of ‘NR’ for ‘Not Willing to Relocate,’ but forgot to add it to your Applicant Disposition Code table, all records in your Applicants table with the NR disposition code will be in errors.

The Summary view will only show youdisplay a list of therecords codeswith thatErrors aredue causingto errors,missing or invalid Reference code, sorted by the Error Type. ItChoose willa notdifferent listError errorsType such as duplicate employee numbers or missing data errors, etc. By viewingfrom the errors this way, you can add or change the invalid codes and repair multiple errors at once. For example,drop-down in the dispositiontable header. The left-hand column will include all faulty Reference code scenarioentries. above,Click youon wouldthe seeentry thatto NRdisplay isa ansummary invalidof dispositionrecords code.having Ifthe there were 100 applicants with this dispositionfaulty code, allorganized 100by wouldData be in errors. But simply adding the code from this view would fix all 100 errors.table.

From the errorsSummary becausetab, select one of thethree invalid code by clicking on that code above the Preview Data box. The Preview Data for that code will be populated, showing each record affected. This can be helpful in determining what course of action to takeoptions to resolve the issue.identified Errors.

the summary view, you will have three options you can take to resolve the errors. •AddAdd this missing code to the relevant table. Use this option if the code is correct, but is missing from the corresponding reference table. An edit window will appear, prompting you to enter the relevant information for the new code. Then click Save. -
•ReplaceReplace this code with an existing code. Use this option when the code was entered incorrectly due to a mistake, typo, or an old record of the code. All records with this invalid code will be updated with the new code. For example, if some records have ‘ADM110’ instead of the correct ‘ADM100’ code, this option will update all instances of ADM110 with ADM100. -
•RemoveRemove all records using this code.ThisApply this optionwillwithrarelycare,betypicallyappropriate.limitingUseremovalit in cases where allto recordswith the invalid codethat should not be in theplanplan.at all.
