About Creating Sub plans for a Master Plan

BEGIN HERE: Create Plan

• Add Plan Codes — When you click [Create Plan], balanceAAP will direct you to Plan Codes. Once the codes are entered, the system will create sub plans, adding them to the Plans > Recent Plans list. You can view/edit the supporting information in the sub plan at: Plan Information; or the Master Plan at: Plan Codes.

• Determine Audit Status — If one or more sub plans are under audit,First, check the box for audit status during Master Plan creation. ProceedThen proceed to Plan Information inthe theaudit sub plan, and check the box, as appropriate.
