View Master/Sub-plan Results
DASH (short for "Dashboard) is a graphical information center for organizations with a Master plan and multiple sub plans. As the principal DASH page, the View tab is an overview of Affirmative Action plan (AAP) results across an organization.
DASH is comprised of objects, which can be minimized and expanded, one at a time, to fill the main Dashboard area. To expand a minimized object (located in the right-hand column), click the [Expand] icon, located in the object’s header bar. When expanded, the object will replace the full-size object currently being displayed. The objects are described below.
Summary Grid
The View tab displays an expanded Pie Charts object by default. Pertaining to all

An icon in the Under Audit column indicates the plan is currently under audit.
Note: To set the Under Audit flag, see: Create Plan / Audit Status.
To see which jobJob groupsGroups are exhibiting issues; click the provided link for an Establishment Name (in the left column). A detail table will display by jobJob group;Group; jobJob groupsGroups exhibiting issues will be indicated by check marks. To return to the Summary Grid, click [Back].
Pie Chart Summary
The Pie Charts object will display six available pie charts when expanded.
Drop-down menus at the top of the page control the information being displayed in the charts. Review or change the entry shown in the drop-down, entitled:
Calculate Using—
- Job Group OR
- EEO Category
You can also choose to: Group By—
- Minorities and Females Combined
- Minorities and Females Separate
- Minorities Only
- Females Only
- Favored Group
Note: The thresholds for these categories were determined in balanceAAP, see: .
Numerical percentages for each slice are available by hovering your mouse over the desired slice. Click on any area of the pie to show a detail view for the three levels of Adverse Impact or Goal Attainment, as applicable (per the table above). The x-axis represents jobJob groups,Groups, while the y-axis represents number of plans.
To return to the Pie Chart object, click [Back].
Map (Location-based Plans)
The Map provides a geographical perspective on Affirmative Action performance by location. By default, locations will be indicated with a color flag, using the same color scheme as the Summary Grid.
- Green - No issues exist
- Red - One or more issues exist
- Gray - No data available
Map Tools
Enlarge or reduce the map by using the [Zoom In] and [Zoom out] buttons. Filter the results displayed on the Map by using the Issue drop-down at the top of the page and selecting:- All Selected Issues
- Significant Goals
- Goal Attainment
