Use Internal Availability Buttons
Specific Internal Availability tasks or settings are supported by buttons, located in the upper and lower toolbars.Assign Feeders by Job Group instead of Job Code
For small organizations or those with a simple structure, feeders may be assigned by Job Group.- Select the [Feeder Options] button from the upper toolbar.
- From the Assign Feeders menu, click the radio button for: Job Group.
- Click [Save] to display the Job Groups list. Check off one or more.
- Click [Add].
By default, all jobs within the feeder group will count equally in the Internal Availability calculation. To enable the assignment of weights, follow the instructions below.
Assign Weight to Feeders by Job Group
Begin by clicking the [Feeder Options] button. Make sure the box is checked for: Allow weights to be assigned to feeders. Click [Save] if a change to the menu is made.The list of jobs will appear, with Weight fields to the right. Adjust the Weight entries to reach a total of 100%. To again divide the Weight equally, click Distribute Weights.
Remove Downward Movement
Apply to Current Job GroupApply to All Job Groups

Click [Apply].
Allow Feeders to Feed their own Job Group
Click the [Feeder Options] button. On the Feeder Options menu, check the box for: Allow feeders to feed their own job group.Delete a Feeder
Check the box to the left of the Feeder's Job Code entry. Click [Delete Selected Feeders], a button in the lower toolbar.Quick Link to Availability Settings
The [Settings] button in theRemove Downward Movement
Choose [Remove Downward Movement] from the lower toolbar to delete any invalid feeder assignments. From the pop-up, select:- Apply to Current Job Group
- Apply to All Job Groups

Click [Apply].
