Perform a Simple Data Search

Just below the software header to the right, the modules for Requisitions and Job Seekers feature a "quick" Search bar.

Examples:

• Quickly locate an applicant by first or last name in the Job Seekers module.
• While working in Requisitions, find a Requisition by Requisition Number or Job Title.

Enter a few letters, some digits, or a word to prompt the system to recommend matches, which will display in an expanded Search drop-down. Then, select the appropriate match from those provided.

Examples:

• Quickly locate an applicant by first name or a few letters of the last name in the Job Seekers module.
• While working in Requisitions, type in a few digits or letters of a Requisition Number, or enter a few letters from a Job Title.

Recent Searches can be rerun by expanding the Search drop-down and selecting the entry.

While a Search is in place, click the Clear Search icon to restore the full list display.
