If the Recruitment Area Wizard was used in theAssign Recruitment Areas By Job Group in Master Plan
In a masterMaster plan,Plan, if you have set plans to use an EEO Code job group structure on the Plan Code screen, you will see two separate tabs here, one for Corporate Job Groups and one for EEO Job Groups. You will assign the RRAs to the groups under both tabs. To assign an RRA to a job group, select the RRA from the drop-down list next to that group. If the area you wish to use is not on the list, you can create it by clicking on the button Add a Recruitment Area. Once you have made your selections click [Save]. These changes will cascade to the sub plans.
Assign Recruitment Areas By Job Group in Sub Plans
The changes made on the Recruitment Areas By Job Group screen affect the master plan job groups and will be applied to those same job groups in all sub plans. In order to further customize the recruitment areas in each individual sub plan you must open the sub plan and make the changes in the External Availability section of that plan.How Census Code Changes Work in a Master Plan
Saved changes in a Master Plan for a job title/code will apply to any sub plans containing that job title/code.Quick Tip: To restrict the change to the Master Plan, use the following method:
- Display the Census Coding tab by Job Title
- Click on the Census Code/Description entry
- Select a different code
- Click Save.
