How It Works

To begin using the balanceTRAK State Job Board integration, you must first contact Product Support to obtain or provide the list of required items. After the needed items have been received, Product Support will set up the account in balanceTRAK. Once the account is active, all requisitions created for the corresponding states will have the State Job Board (GS) Integrated Source entry automatically added when Creating a New Requisition.

Available Reporting

Located in the Metrics reports section, users with access will be able to run a report called State Job Board Postings. This report will provide posting details on all requisitions which were sent to and received by the appropriate State Agency.
