Obtain HELP through Documentation and Product Support
From every balanceTRAK page, Help is available by accessing the "question-mark" icon in the software header. Choose from two methods of obtaining assistance, by making a selection in the provided menu:
Documentation— Obtain Help through on-line resources.
Anchored by a clickable Table of Contents, the Documentation site provides Search tools, tags, and libraries that support your self-guided efforts.
Support — Fill out a Support Request, and submit it to Berkshire.
In addition, find Berkshire's contact information and business hours, which are as follows:
Telephone: (800) 882-8904, option 4
Hours: Contact Product Support by telephone or e-mail on Mondays to Thursdays from 8:30am-to-8:00pm and Fridays from 8:30am-to-5:00pm, EST.
