Determine Protected Classes

Default Protected Classes

The default Affirmative Action Plan reporting groups are pre-selected by the system:

• Total Minorities (For more information, see: Race Code Reference Table.)
• Female

Select Other Reporting Groups

To include individual races on AAP Reports, check off one or more entries, and click the [Save] button, which is located at the bottom of the page.

Cascade Changes to Sub plans (Master Plan only)

A menu will appear, asking whether to carry over the settings for Protected Classes to sub plans. Check the box, and click [Save].
