Navigate the Requisition Detail

Review Information and PerformWork Taskswith Tools in the Requisition Detail

Once the Requisition has been added to the Requisition list (in the left column), highlight the line item to display the Review Requisition detail to the right. Here, you will find the Summary and other tabs, displaying information and settings you determined during Add New Requisition.

View the Requisition Summary

The left column contains the Requisition Details, including:

  • Posting Start Date
  • Posting End Date
  • Location
  • City, State, Zip

Below, Links to your organization's Job Posting page(s) will display for easy access at any time.

Perform Requisition Detail Actions

Change Requisition (Status) Category

Also included Details on the left side of the Summary tab, click the [Close], and alternatively [Open] or [Reopen], button to change the Requisition category.

Quick Reminders: A Requisition that is undergoing an Approval Process will have a Pending category. If an Approval Process is not associated with the Requisition, it will automatically be Open when created.

Delete a Requisition (Users with appropriate permissions)

Adjacent to the [Open/Close] button, click the [Delete] button to remove the Requisition from the system.

Cross-reference: The System Administrator may prevent a Requisition from being Closed until all Job Seekers who applied are assigned a final Disposition code. If you are an Administrator, find more information under Settings and Statuses here: System Tools > Client Settings / Requisitions.

View the Job Seeker Breakdown

Keep track of Requisition progress by accessing Requisition Detail > Summary tab and reviewing the Job Seeker Breakdown table, comprised of numerical statistics by Job Seeker stage and disposition.
