About REACH

What is REACH for?
REACH is designed to help you document Good Faith Efforts for inclusion as part of your organization’s Affirmative Action plan (AAP).
REACH is pre-loaded with recruiting sources from the Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Your BALANCEhub Administrator* will also set up various menu options to help you addyou:
- Add or select Sources,
detail - Detail GFE
Activities, and performActivities - Perform Evaluations of GFEs (e.g., Plan Dates, Target Groups, Locations, Job Families, Evaluation Criteria).
Once the repository is populated with information, REACH > Reports may be run.
Quick Reminder: Before visiting REACH > Evaluations or Reports, please visit: Sources and Activities to enter basic information.
*If you are an Administrator or a plan owner, please refer to the Help for: BALANCEhub > System Tools for Administrators/Plan Owners.
BALANCEaap Help Cross-reference: Through an integration with balanceAAP, GFE information (which is collected by Location) can be tied into the appropriate plan and included in Narratives. For detailed information, see: BALANCEaap User Guide.
