About REACH

Quick Reminder: Before visiting REACH > Evaluations or Reports, please visit: Sources and Activities to enter basic information.

What is REACH for?

REACH is intended to help users document Good Faith Efforts for inclusion as part of your organization’s Affirmative Action plan (AAP).

REACH is pre-loaded with recruiting Sources from the Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Your BALANCEhub Administrator* will also set up various menu options to help you add or select Sources, detail GFE Activities, and perform Evaluations of GFEs (e.g., Plan Dates, Target Groups, Locations, Job Families, Evaluation Criteria). Once the repository is populated with information, REACH > Reports may be run.

  • If you are an Administrator or a plan owner, please refer to the Help section on: BALANCEhub > System Tools for Administrators/Plan Owners.

REACH is integrated with BALANCEaap so that GFE information, by location, can be tied into the appropriate plan and included in plan Narratives. For information on interactivity with this application, see BALANCEaap User Guide.
