Run Reports for a Master Plan

DetermineCascade Master Plan Report Settings priorto a Sub plan

Determine Global and/or Report Group settings, as described above. Then, under Cascade to ExportingSub AAPPlans, Reports

Withselect: Yes. Click [Save] to apply the settings at the top of Reports list, you may select options for how Reports are exported prior to performingrelevant the action.

Export Single or Multiple Files

Select one of the following:

  • A Single File (Combine all reports into a single output file)
  • Separate Files (Save each report as an individual document)
reports.

Note: FIlesBy willaccessing individual sub plans, the above settings can be Zip'dtailored forby download.sub plan.

Run ExportSub File Type forPlan Reports

The options for file type are:

  • PDF (Read only)
  • Word, Excel, or Rich Text (Editable)

Select the desired file type from the drop-down.

Note: Minorities/Women, IWD, and Veterans Narratives can only be exported in PDF.

Once you have determined the number of files and file type, click Save.

About Export Settings in a Master Plan

Export Settings apply only to the Master Plan. However, reportsReports for one or more sub plans can be quickly developed and run from the Master Plan, by using:based on: Reports > Filter.
