Determine Settings prior to Exporting AAP Reports

With Reports > Export Settings, you may select options for how Reports are exported. Once you have determined the options below, you can move on to: Select Reports.

Single or Multiple Files

IfSelect youone areof exportingthe multiple reports, selectingfollowing:

  • A Single File willto combine all reports into a single output file. This option is useful when you want a single, consolidated document that contains all selected reports.

  • Separate Files, to save each report exportedas an individual document.

Note: FIles will be savedZip'd asfor its own document. This option is useful when you want to be able to find individual reports quickly within a large batch.download.

File Type

Reports can be exported into PDF,(read-only) PDF and editable Word, Excel, or Rich Text formats. Select the desired file format type from the drop down lists. The reports are designed to look best in PDF format, which requires Adobe Reader to view.

Word, Excel, and Rich Text formats are not as stylish, but allow for easy editing if necessary.drop-down.

Once you have selected the number of export files you want to create and the file format type, click Save.

Exporting Reports from Master Plan

The Export Settings are not carried down automatically to the sub plans. However, by using the Filter, reports for all sub plans can be run from the master plan, and will use the settings selected in the master plan. See the Filter section for more information.

If you choose to open sub plans and run reports from there, you will need to set these setting manually in the sub plan.
