Access HELP

Help is available from each balanceTRAK module through the [Question] icon in the page header.

Two methods of obtaining Help are available in the Question menu:

  • Documentation — Obtain self-Help by viewing on-line Documentation, including searchable and tagged text, user manuals, and videos
  • Contact Support — Fill out a Support Request, and submit it to Berkshire. In addition, find Berkshire's contact information and business hours.
