Obtain HELP through Documentation and Product Support

From every balanceTRAK page, Help is available by accessing the "question-mark" icon in the software header. Choose from two methods of obtaining assistance, by making a selection in the provided menu:

  Documentation / Video Tutorials — Obtain self-guidedHelp through Helpon-line onresources.

Anchored line.by Documentation,a whichclickable featuresTable of Contents, the Documentation site provides Search tools, tags, user manuals, and videoslibraries that support your self-guided efforts.

  Contact Support — Fill out a Support Request, and submit it to Berkshire. In addition, find Berkshire's contact information and business hours, which are as follows:

Hours: Contact Product Support by telephone or e-mail on Mondays to Thursdays from 8:30am-to-8:00pm and Fridays from 8:30am-to-5:00pm, EST.
