Navigation and Overview
1. Organizations (where installed)
For organizations with subsidiaries, establishments, or units, having separate Regular or Master Plans, the BALANCEhub user with appropriate permissions may open the Organizations tab.
From the BALANCEhub landing page, choose Organizations from the tab header. To view each unit’s list of plans and DASH, SHARE, and REACH tabs: Select a Name from the Organizations list.

Click the [Home] icon in the BALANCEhub page header to return to a list of Plans.2. DASH (Master Plans)
The BALANCEhub user may view and export graphical displays, representing overviews of plan information. The BALANCEhub Administrator may determine DASH settings for the BALANCEhub user.
3. SHARE
The SHARE tab serves as the repository for the completed narratives and reports associated with your organization’s Affirmative Action plans.
