Organizations (where installed)

For organizations with subsidiaries or establishments having separate Regular or Master Plans, the BALANCEhub user with appropriate permissions may open the Organizations tab: Select a Name to view each unit’s DASH tab and access the SHARE tab.

2. DASH (Master Plans)

The BALANCEhub user may view and export graphical displays, representing overviews of plan information. The BALANCEhub Administrator may determine DASH settings for the BALANCEhub user.

3. SHARE

The SHARE tab serves as the repository for the completed narratives and reports associated with your organization’s Affirmative Action plans.
