Screen a Job Seeker and Provide New-Hire Onboarding Services

The Job Seeker detail > Screenings tab serves as the "jumping off" point for obtaining the services of third-party Background Check (e.g., Justifacts) and onboarding providers (e.g., EMPtrust), related to the selected Job Seeker. The menus displayed here will reflect the particular provider's required or requested information, and a separate contract with the provider is required.

Submit the New Hire to the Onboarding Services Provider

If your organization currently have an account with EMPTrust, the Job Seeker detail for each "hired" Job Seeker will have display EMPTrust menu on the Screenings tab.

Once all required fields have been populated for the Job Seeker’s record, click the [Submit] button. A message will indicate that the information has been forwarded to EMPTrust. To send any additional or edited information, click the [Resubmit] button.
