Automate Job Posting Settings

Representing the final steps in building a new Requisition, tabs for Workflow and Posting Dates provide the options to:

  • Set a Job Seeker threshold that will trigger the Requisition to close
  • SetDetermine the timing for posting of the job opening

After the Requisition is added to the system, these same tabs will appear in the Requisition detail.

For organizations using Requisition Templates, the Workflow setting to limit Job Seekers and the Posting Dates (i.e., by Date Range) can be auto-populated into the new Requisition by selecting a Template.

Workflow: Cap the Number of Job Seekers (Optional)

While building the new Requisition, proceed to the Workflow task, and complete the Job Seeker Limits menu:

  1. Check the box to turn this feature on, next to the tagline: Stop accepting new candidates when [XX] people have applied.
  2. Using the provided Up/Down arrows, enter a maximum number of Job Seekers allowed.

When the limit is reached, the header setting in the Requisition detail for Accepting New Job Seekers (along with Posted Externally / Posted Internally) will be turned off.
